Dinosaurs for Zach

Taking dinosaurs images from Zach's favourite program 'Dinopaws' I created a personalised picture which is now hanging proudly in his room.

I hear that Zach says 'Night Dinopaws' before he goes bed.

SPONSORED SWIM ... COMPLETE

Thank you everybody that has sponsored me, your all very generous and kind.

I ended up doing my sponsored swim on the 24th of February before traveling to Bristol, my dad kindly helped by tallying my lengths for 2 hours straight.

Below is a few images of when I was swimming, and a tired me after the sponsored swim with final tally of lengths to hand.

In 1 hour I completed 100 lengths, after that I began to slow down as I was exhausted.

In the end I ended up doing 160 lengths in 1 hour 50 minutes.

Sponsored Swim: UPDATE

Hi everyone,

Just wanted give everyone a cheeky update on my sponsored swim training, it's going great!

I have three, YES THREE, swimming buddies that encourage me to go and push me to do more lengths. Thanks Mother, Leigh and Shannon :)

Today I finally managed to count how many lengths I did, in 15mins I completed 30.

And in 40 MINITES I COMPLETED 70 LENGTHS!

:O

Which I was extremely happy with ... this means if I carry on like this I can definitely SMASH my 150 length goal in 2 hours. 

WHOOP.

I also want to say A BIG FAT THANK YOU to Zoe Clark for donating a MASSIVE £20 for my fundraising effort. And everyone that has made a donation for my sponsored swim!

So far my total donation off everyone for my sponsored swim adds up to about:

£194

Sponsored Swim 3rd March 2014

 Hi everyone,


Just wanted to let you all know I will be taking part in a sponsored swim on 3rd March for 2 hours 19:00 - 21:00 at Kidsgrove Swimming Baths, to hopefully get a little bit more for my fundraising efforts.

Starting tomorrow I will be training down in Kidsgrove swimming bath most days until the sponsored swim. As I need to be in tip top shape to be able to hit my goal of 150+ lengths in two hours. Which will be a struggle as I haven’t been swimming for a while (nervous face).

I will have an official adjudicator tallying how many lengths I complete, which will be my dad. Hopefully, he doesn’t know this yet as I haven’t asked. So once the swim is complete I can then inform everyone whether I hit my target or not.
